Lawyers HK hosted a career forum ‘Future Lawyers’ for law students of The University of Hong Kong on 1 April 2021. Students gained first hand insights from a panel of speakers from all facets of the legal profession – Mr. Douglas Lam (Senior Counsel, Des Voeux Chambers), Mr. Jimmy Chan (Partner, Jingtian & Gongcheng), Mr. Ken Chen (Head of Legal, Guotai Junan International Holdings Ltd.), Ms. Sabrina Fung (Partner, Deacons), Mr. Tom Fu (Partner, Mayer Brown), together with moderator, Ms. May Ng (Partner, DLA Piper) who shared their experience in not just surviving but excelling in their legal career.
