暴徒抱著打機的心態，為他們聲稱無大台的組織內打造了一套名為香城 Online 的角色扮演遊戲作為招聘手段。這「遊戲」設有特定角色，而暴徒亦借此積極招收成員。這組織讓他們帶給香港二次世界大戰後從未見過的破壞。這些角色的要求及招聘廣告(總共20張）其實已流傳了數個月。我們在此列出他們不同的角色有可能干犯的嚴重罪行。

Treating life as a game, the rioters created a reality RPG game called Hong City Online as a recruiment ploy for their allegedly leaderless organisation. This “game” includes specific jobs which the rioters actively recruited members for. This organisation has helped the rioters to wreck havoc on our city on an unprecedented scale since WW2. These recruitment posters and job specs (20 in total) have been circulating for months. We set out here the laws that those who take on these jobs might break.
