Unauthorized assembly
Under section 17A of the Public Order Ordinance (Cap. 245) from the law in HK, any public procession (the attendance of which exceeds 30 persons) can only be conducted if the Commissioner of Police does not object to it, or otherwise it will become an unauthorized assembly. Any person who incites, takes part, holds, convenes or organizes any such unauthorized assembly shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to imprisonment for 5 years.//
